CANCELLATION POLICY

𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 — If a single client cancels their booking between 15 to 29 days prior to the contracted service date will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations within 14 days will be charged 100% of the service fee. All cancellation charges are final, non-negotiable, and non-refundable. 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬, 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬, & 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 — If the Client cancels the group booking 90 days prior to the scheduled contracted date, the Client will be responsible for 25% of the total contracted service amount for the ENTIRE party. Cancellations made 60 days prior will require payment of 50% of the total contracted amount. Cancellations made 30 days or less before the scheduled contracted date will be charged 100% of the total contracted services. All cancellation fees are due immediately upon notice of cancellation and are non-refundable In the event of a documented emergency, clients may request a one-time reschedule or partial fee consideration at the artist’s discretion.
